"What more positive things can I say??? Not only does the new paint and new lights look amazing. You can really tell management cares about this complex. The grounds are always well kept and clean. I love the green grass, the pool and dog park. The office is great at communicating and the move in process was a breeze. With so many apartments in the area, it can be overwhelming but when you walk in and feel heard and seen, it totally brings a new meaning to finding a “happy home.” You will not be disappointed."

"We moved from Tucson to PHX, we were looking for a quiet place, we were tired of those complex where you see police going around everyday and problem neighbors. We found Versante on a Saturday evening when the office was closing, Yajaira the leasing specialist offered us one apartment that meets our needs and due it was almost closing we arranged with her to have pictures and video of the unit the following week. She did it right on time and followed up all the process even though it was gonna take almost 45 days to move in. A few days before signing in, I visited the complex to ask how everything was going and met Claudia from the management staff, se was very polite and helped Yajaira to answer some of my concerns about the unit, both were really nice. The day we signed in and receive the unit, Briana the other leasing specialist had everything ready for us, she was also very friendly and polite with us and my dog. The apartment is very nice, quiet, and comfortable, the few maintenance issues have been fixed very quickly, you won't find a place with green areas well maintained as this, it's worth money. When you start looking for an appointment, you can detect which one is gonna be the best place only knowing the staff, we visited man places and there is a lack of serviceable, and friendly people working at their leasing office."

"I could not be happier. I moved to Versante in summer 2023 and so far they have exceeded all my expectations. The staff are very diligent and competent which to me is saying a lot! They are also friendly and remember everything. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The pool is heated(!) in winter. Maintenance is always completed quickly if needed. The apartments are beautiful."

"Great community with great staff!! I love the resident events, Won is awesome and truly makes you feel welcome. Maintenance gets work orders done in a timely manner. Great location, next to the I-10. I love that we have a dog park with real grass and not turf. The grounds are really well kept and I love the new colors."
