"I love living here. It’s so clean and the residents are all really friendly. The office staff is amazing and super helpful! There’s so many different options to pay your rent online, through a bar code, or cashiers check. I had my AC go out a little while ago and the very same day they called maintenance and it was fixed the next day. I have never seen bugs in my apartment it’s so refreshing compared to the other places I’ve lived. Recommend 10/10 !!"

"I've been living here for a year and I'm definitely going to take another year. From day one the office and maintenance team have treated me with respect and kindness. If at any time I had a problem, they worked in an appropriate way and in a reasonable time so that I was satisfied and that is truly what this community is about. Really grateful to be able to live here and I will recommend all my friends about this place."

"I've lived here close to a year. Management is really great and friendly while having a human touch. They understand things break and life happens. (ANYTHING that has been broke, they fixed the same day which is awesome!) When filling out my lease, they explained everything in detail to me which I've never had happen before. There were no secret loop holes. Just honest and straight forward. There are some suggestive people who do come into the apartment complex but that is no fault of management as we have a security guard on duty. (I am starting to see them every night where I'd only see them occasionally before). Definitely Avondale PD could scout our complex a little better. However I've thrown trash away at 1 am and am never disturbed. Definitely better than lower income areas in Phoenix where you're scared to even walk to your car."

"Over all not that bad of a complex. I spent 13 months here and never had any major issues with my unit. Most I had was my A/C went out in the middle of the night and it was fixed before I came home the next day. I had the most issues with loud neighbors but there’s not much you can do about that. The gate would break frequently and it would make me worry a little about anyone being able to walk in. But for my first apartment it was an overall good experience."

"I'm not having a bad experience living here so far. When I need repairs, maintenance is on it. The management and leasing team are friendly and courteous. Yes the gate stays open most times but I haven't suffered any ill effects because of it. I have respectable neighbors with small children and I don't hear anything. I live by the pool so I'm subjected to a higher noise level and it doesn't bother me in the slightest. I really like my apartment and my environment. I don't focus on things outside of my control. Drugs and stupid people are everywhere, even in suburbia. Overall my fiancee and I are satisfied and he's quite picky. FYI: my AC was repaired the next morning which was this morning. I was given a small unit last night to compensate. The technician was thorough and knowledgeable. I purposely picked an upstairs apartment and was blessed to have it by the pool and inside the complex so maybe that makes a difference. So far so good.... I really don't care about being labeled a nuisance or a snitch. That's childish. If I have a complaint management will know about it. I pay rent here and I want to be as comfortable as possible. I am aware of these apartments prior reputation. Management can't fix what they're not aware of. You can't complain here and then say nothing or be concerned with how you're being "labeled". Adult world. Adult actions."
