Siesta Pointe Apartments

"DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PROPERTY. Not a healthy place to live in, is infested with roaches and really bad customer service and maintenance problems. Work order not done properly or not complete. Outside is dog poop everywhere and trash. Rent is too high for this place."

"I would just like to mention that the manager Julia is beyond amazing, very considerate, and professional! She made sure to keep me updated, responded quickly, and made sure to get me in the quickest way she can! The apartments themselves are also very nice and spacious, I love the new flooring, comes with updated nest ac’s! So far my experience has been great. :)"

"I agree the managers are very rude. I agree there are too many roaches I see at least 2-3 a day. The bug man said its not much he can do. We are just use to smashing roaches. They do not have any customer service skills. The manager is not able to take ownership. She admits that she makes phone calls and that she will not personally go and service an amenity that they offer. She has a smart mouth, because she doesn't have to live here I assume. They are slothful to correct their issues and mistakes. They keep the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Which is also know as insanity. They do not hire enough staff to support the complex. No worries the community suffers that cost. Why would they care? Right! They have a one-sided approach of managing. it goes like this; "I do not have time to.." and "if you don't like it you have the option to move." This is what you will get when you have issues or have complaints. They do not give back to the community, They take, They REFUSE to value tenants. If they have a meeting they will not notify Residents office will be closed before hand. Your just sol. They have cheap blinds that break with a touch. Try to have then replace it that is 5.00 for one. They have the Kids in a playground in DIRT! That is how they view our kids. Set up a desolate playground in DIRT not sand but dirt. I guess that is another complementary they have. The manger said they do not have to service the complementary provision. There is that lack of value, living there some days feels like a compound vs a complex. Its not all the RUDE managers fault, they do not send her any help so she is probably rude because she is over worked. But that is another problem for the residents. The regional manager is rude as well I spoke to both women and they have the exact same rude response. if you do not like it you can move. They cant get the VENDOR for the wash room to fix the washers and dyers. The only person that is cool is the poor maintenance. He does what he can but I am sure they will overwork him until he finds better. So guess all in all this Whole community is in a deficit. But CELTIC Property is they only one who gets to cash in on the deficit. How powerful of them to have so much lack and look at a paying customer like you can leave. We suck but hey you need a place to live. Some good things is that it is affordable and they will take section 8 (hints to the rudeness) they do allow pets. They are making correction slowly. The saddest part is that these units are so beautiful you can tell the original idea was to have nice family size units but they have not taken care of the place for so long. I agree the should remodel. They are about market value in price yet an under served community. Best advice get yourself together get free, no one wants a property manger to be like you can just move just because you can look from my perspective. But I give you 5 stars because No one has maybe it will encourage better service moving forward."

"I rate this 1 because it's not a good community around living here. There are many people that will be watching you trying start problems and report to the office. There's lots of roaches and the mangers are rude. I would want people in the future to find a better apartment than to live here. Don't take this personal but there are a lot of black people that live here and it just don't make these apartments safe or comfortable for other races. As living here almost 2 years I do not recommend these apartments for anyone."

"Just moved in, I got say! Best move in experience ever. The apartment was very clean. My last apartment complex had so much potential but bad management so I am glad to be here at Siesta Pointe. I moved into a 3 bed 2 bath and it is so spacious. Neighbors are quiet. I have a pretty view. Marie in the office is amazing, I really like how she runs the property and she does it single handedly. There are no surprises. I’m hoping to only stay 1 year because I want to buy a house next year but if I end up choosing to stay I think I’ll be happy and comfortable here. The property is very well kept, I have no bugs which is amazing considering my last apartment was infested with black widows, roaches, and scorpions no matter how much spray or treatment I did. We have beautiful landscaping. Overall I’m so far and probably will continue to be happy here. It feels like home sweet home."
