Plus the 24 hr gym is always available when I need it. My dogs love the dog park and I love having a comfortable place to live!"

"Used to be a very pleasant, quiet and well kept place to live when I first moved in almost 5 yrs ago but in the last 2 yrs it's been the complete opposite. From the office staff, complex upkeep and maintenance services have gone downhill. My move out date couldn't come any quicker. After the property change good luck having any of your needs or concerns heard by the management team , will take a many calls and messages and office visit to even reach them. Don't let the luxury living fool you and the camera and lock updates not worth it"

"People have so much fun by the pool! Lounging and swimming! This property is so nice, and very calming! Beautiful place, super clean too! I loved the little touches that make it all the more homey! That game area looks so fun, too!"

"Final Update: 2/19/2023, work order still not completed. This leasing company is a joke. Update: 01/23/23, I put in a work order for my lightbulbs to be changed in a ceiling fan ( cannot remove the light covering yourself), a 2 minute job, 2 weeks ago. It still has not been completed and when I called they said they do not prioritize their maintenance request in order of efficiency or importance, they just fulfill them in the order that they’re received which is a terrible practice. Just look somewhere else and steer clear of any properties managed by Haven Residential, none of their property reviews are good. I’m currently a resident here and I would suggest taking your money elsewhere. The apartments are not “luxury”. The grounds are never clean and they never clean the gym equipment or pool furniture. The entry gates are constantly jamming and It’s impossible to contact the leasing office via phone and they never call you back. I’m physically unable to walk over at the moment and I can’t even call and talk to a live person. They also towed my car that was registered to my apartment and not in anybody’s parking space. I do not plan to renew my lease."

"I’ve put in a work order for my microwave to be replaced, it’s been broken for at least two months. They keep saying that they’ll send someone out to take care of it but it’s never done. I’ve lived at the complex for almost three years and this place is going from bad to worse. Management is terrible. Place is dirty and definitely not close to be being “luxury apartments” like they claim they are. My bathtubs have been peeling, carpet is old (I asked for them to wash it. Never done it in 3 years). Closet doors to one of the bedrooms kept falling off the rails and I was advised to remove them since they would have to replace the whole railing which they wouldn’t do. I removed the doors, added a curtain and placed the doors out in the balcony. Pool area is always dirty. Don’t even like going out there. They added cameras to our doors but our keypads from the inside have a big hole from the previous door lock. Looks tacky and by far luxurious. Can’t wait for the lease agreement to end so I can move out. Don’t waste your money here. People write bad reviews for a reason."
