"The good stuff: - The location is great since it is close to everything. We stayed as a family with 2 small children so it was convenient. There were plenty of parking spots available, so that was also great. - The room had a pleasant smell when we first walked in which was nice - There is a full sized fridge. The not so good stuff: - There were flies in our room, not sure how they got into the 2nd floor, but my husband had to try to kill them as they buzzed through the night. - Our "clean" sheets had a piece of hair and animal dander underneath so we know it's not ours. - There was a lot of hard water stains on the shower head and faucet. - Our room was not serviced at all and we had to go down to get fresh towels. - We were excited about having a kitchenette until we realized all that was available was a tiny chopping board. There was not a single pan or utensil available to use it, so it was quite pointless to have."
"Had plenty of parking, our room was on the 2nd floor had no problem with waiting for the elevator. Our stay was to visit with sister, brother-in-law, and for Cincinnati Red's spring training. Both locations were close to My Place."
"I had the privilege and pleasure of meeting LaToya last night, who was presiding over the front desk when I sleepily walked in after midnight. She went above and beyond any formal duties and expectations. She made me feel welcomed and right at home. If you are traveling through the Phoenix area, stay at My Place. The beds are divine, easy location and again, the guest experience: priceless."
"I recently stayed here to meet up with friends. It was a great weekend and reasonably priced. I would stay here again. Each bed has two feather pillows and two of those synthetic pillows. All were fluffy. Mattress was firm with a touch of softness on the top. Very comfortable."
