"The leasing office had told us that we were able to move in anytime after 11 am, but failed to let us know that they would be taking a break in between. The office was closed during the break without any ability to get our keys or finalize signing our documents. The movers we scheduled had to wait about 30 minutes to start their process because we had no keys. It just seemed rude and inconvenient not to let us know about the break prior."

"Renters Beware! This is hands down the worst complex I have ever visted and spent time at. I have a friend who lives here and the water is constanting flooding from the sprinklers as well as soaking the cars by the sprinklers. Its hard water and stans. The water is always getting shut off for hours at time, sometimes they notify her sometimes they dont. The ammount of mold in her place is foul too. Her back door doesnt seal so the air just wastes your ac or heat. She has shown me the fees they charge, its absolutly insane... they wont show you any documentation as to why those charges are there, the office just tells you "thats the date we choose" so your fees rack up at random.... her printout is wild. She has a nat problem, bought a led zapper from walmart and the picture is the light after 1 day! and she has to recharge it and use it daily! She showed me pics of when she moved in, used tampons, trash der the sink, and dirt all over.... but on her invoice they have a cleaning fee. Just showing they charge you and do not do anything. I advided her to contact the BBB and a lawer as she is drowning and their "help" is actually no help at all. Ill post pics next time I go of their wonderful sprinkler system and all the mold they consider "livable" Its pretty wild they charge what they charge and do not fix anything nor "help" their tennants. She had received an assistant check for 3k, they had to have a signature/authorization to accept the check and a specific ammount; without anything they took the whole 3k from her, she showed me the proof."

"My brother and I lived here for 2 years because, after the first year, the new management started to show some improvement. However, we quickly learned that things were NOT getting better. When we first moved in, each of our cars was broken into, and several items were stolen. So, make sure you lock your doors. Last September, I submitted several complaints about the walkway to our apartment being flooded by the sprinkler system. We moved out in July, and the problem was still there, with nobody acknowledging it. Water would randomly shut off without any sort of warning from the management. The apartment smelled like cigarette smoke the entire time we were there. (To management's credit, this January they implemented a "No Smoking" policy, which was almost never followed by any of our fellow tenants.) Also, as an added bonus, if you go out around 12-3 AM, you might spot some homeless people digging through your dumpster. If I have anything positive to say, I thought the maintenance crew was pretty chill. Remember, life's too short to settle for a subpar apartment. Seek a place that makes you excited to come home – and trust me, this isn't it. Happy apartment hunting! (First photo was taken September 2, 2022, and the second photo was taken the day we moved out, July 18,2023)"

"Christina and Maria and the maintenance guys are awesome when we moved in during August we were looking for a one bedroom but didn't have any available so they offered us a 2 bedroom with a special move in deal. So in December on our birthday they let us move into a one bedroom not even halfway through our lease. I do know they do work with people who may have bad credit just be honest cause they will too. Since we moved into our one bedroom I feel ok cause in a weeks time they resolved some issues that we had with the plumbing and locks it was resolved. Unfortunately still have issues with refrigerator and still there bath doesn't give hot water for the bath but the shower head works wonderful for hot water. The maintenance guys are extremely busy so I do understand it might take awhile I just can't have produce in the fridge cause it freezes everything and no baths (and I have arthritis). FYI they have monthly events here as well. But they do have 2 soda machines and a water machine as well."
