Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix-Avondale

"I was a guest for nearly 3 weeks Iam a professional working in Az. I was verbally assaulted and physically assaulted and escorted out the front lobby when asking about reimbursement for incidentals. The guy at front desk was 100% unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never stay at this hotel again and I’m in Az every other month for work and have never been treated so poorly. It’s this is a disgrace to Hilton. If you ask me find a place that will treat you correctly with out the pure disrespect."

"The customer service at this hotel is above and beyond 5 stars. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable; a crib was provided upon request and it made our trip with our toddler way easier. It is not the most updated though; an update is definitely needed as there visible wear and tear in items throughout the room. Regardless, I would definitely choose this hotel again above any other."

"Let me reiterate, I LOVE Homewood suites. I always try to find one when my family goes on vacation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location to update the appearance inside the hotel, specifically the hallways, wallpaper, and cleanliness. There were peeling walls by the elevator buttons and the hallways were extremely cold. The carpets are really outdated. There was some dust in the room we stayed in, but not a big deal. The front staff was amazing upon arrival and check out. We encountered three staff members. Two were at the front desk, one who checked us in and another who relieved the first. They were both accommodating. The third woman we encountered was a woman who brought extra blankets, pillows, and a crib to our room. She was very nice and prompt with getting what we needed. Breakfast in the morning was okay, the coffee was great."

"Everything about this hotel is good, the ladies at the front desk are amazing, housekeeping does a wonderful job. But I want to give a huge shout-out to Chesvan who went out of his way to help me get into my locked vehicle. We need more good hearted people like him. "I fly frequently and stay in multiple Hilton hotels for work. I like the Homewood Suite ones because I feel more like I’m in a home than a hotel. I have to say that this hotel customer service is 10 out of 10! 5 star service! From check in with Ms. Love, to daily questions and even extra support for your work needs with Nick, they are on top of it all! I truly enjoyed my stay and I will use them again when I’m in town."
