"Iris is only money hungry I wouldn’t recommend renting here! Cat died in vent and maggots were eating it and they didn’t do nothing til the next day. I paid an exterminator and called the health department other apartments had maggots and by law she had to reimburse but she never did."
"I lived here for a year. The electric bills run from 250+ due to them being older buildings. My roof leaked and they had someone come out and it never got fixed. You can hear everything through the windows cause they are single pain. Kitchens are tiny."
"Ones I lived there for two years and it was the best place with friends will new friend,... Right,... But that was a long time, like in 2011. So that place is nice and big two bedroom and two bathroom as will. P.s one time one of those apt got on fire... And no it was me lol :) I was at school and coming back from it I saw one on fire, it was not mine it was a friend girlfriend apt. I was sad but ya the school help out giving her things."
