"At first when moving into Alafaya Woods, everything was great! The apartment itself was out dated and appliances were very old but ran! Three managers later, things started to get worse and worse! The only thing that was stable was Bonddy and Sean! This last head manager, Renee, I didn’t know at all! She seemed nice as my husband talked to her mostly but to me for some reason, was rude and making up accusations about me that were not true as my husband told me! When speaking with Bonddy about it, she said I wrote an email to Renee that was rude! I said I did no such thing! When researching all emails , there was no rude responses to Renee at all nor text messages! Renee decided to get rid of us by revoking our renewal to lease! I don’t know Renee nor have I ever spoken to her! Bonddy is very kind to me and I to her! I’m sure other residents have really done rude things or even said rude things to management, I don’t understand why I was picked on by Renee! I’m very sick with a terminal illness and the stress from these unfounded accusations have caused more harm to me mentally! Both my husband and I are disabled and feel that living at Alafaya Woods Apartments are not handicapped accessible and too many manager change of hands and the experience we had was not a good one at the end! These apartments are perfect for young families as well as college kids but not for the disabled! I will miss Bonddy and Sean but I’m hoping for a life long friend in Bonddy! My husband and I found a apartment that is handicapped accessible and is brand new and cost so much less! Good bye Alafaya Woods, it was an experience we do not want to visit again! We lived there from Dec 2019 to Feb 2024!"

"It was fine (I gave 5 stars) when I moved in, but no longer after 5 years. I've seen see many 5 stars reviews. Most says that Bondy and Sean are the reason for the reviews, which I agree. Also, it is a good area. However, the buildings are old, and in dire need of renovation, real renovation. Appliances are quite old too. I moved out at the end of July, and just a month before they finally changed all old AC units. It made my electric bill go down almost $100! I know some units received new washer, but the refrigerator we had wasn't refrigerating! Anyway, although I was happy when I moved to Alafaya Woods Apartments, I was even happier when I moved out. The reason I'm writing this review today is because due the heavy rain these last few days, I thought about the parking lot. It must have been flooded, as always had."

"It's definitely a great location to be at. The apartments themselves could be better but what really keeps it going and running smooth is Bonddy in the office and Sean in maintenance. It used to be a headache trying to get maintenance issues taken care of but since Sean has been hired, I have no complaints. Quick response and quick repair! Anytime I have issues I know I can count on Bonddy and Sean!!"

"the apartments themselves are really taken care; every time I had a maintenance case it was solved between 1-2 days if it was not an emergency. The customer service was amazing specially how much Bonddy help me and my roommate regarding every step of the lease and even after that. the 3 pools are incredible and really good in summer!"

"I lived at AWA for 10 years and loved it! I felt my son and I were safe there - even when he got home before me. I used the gym regularly, and was thrilled when they added the dog park. The best thing by far was the office staff. They always took time to answer your questions, even when they were really busy. The real gem in the office is Bonddy, she greeted everyone like a friend and even followed up with a phone call when it took her a while to find an answer. She also loved visiting with resident's dogs and giving out treats - but I know my pup was her favorite! :) Would definitely live there again."
