From making my appointment with Kalijah, he made sure someone was able to show us the apartment on the date and time we needed. Shout out to Alexandra showing my husband and I the apt and making sure that all the little details we needed in our apartment search went off without a hitch! I would like to thank them both we saw quite a few apartments in the past two months. But Park Place was the perfect fit for us. The little welcome home care package was the icing on the cake!"

"Living here feels like a 5 star resort! Kalijah and the rest of the office staff are so helpful and kind, better than any other apartment complex I’ve lived at, and there have been many. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond as well. Plus being walking distance from the lake and shops is such a nice bonus! I feel so lucky to be able to call Park Place home!"

"My roommates and I have lived here for about 2 years now. It is the perfect area to live in due to there being numerous restaurants in the area and most of it is in walking distance. I do love the fact that it is a very safe neighborhood. If you are a UCF student like myself, it is about 10 minutes up the road outside all of the school traffic. I wish I could give this apartment complex a 5/5 rating, but there were some issues. It is almost nearly impossible to get in touch with the front office unless you personally walk down there yourself. Maintenance is about 50/50, sometimes they will fix things right away or they will take weeks to respond back until you remind them again. I really wanted to renew my lease for another year, but when working with Alexandra she was not willing to be flexible. My roommates and I are 3 college students, it was already a struggle when they raised our rent $500+ after living there for one year. We lost one roommate and wanted to downgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment instead of a 3 bedroom. Alexandra asked what our minimum/maximum payment would be to renew. I asked her if we could negotiate on the rent being at $2,100 for just TWO people. We were already paying $2,500 for a 3 bedroom and wanted to at least get a better deal for the 2 bedroom. Alexandra asked me if I was able to spend more than my maximum price ($2,100). Alexandra seemed to be more concerned with new residents rather than the residents who have already been living here. We really wanted to renew our lease, but the front office didn’t seem to care to be losing residents who have never had any issues, no complaints, and always paid rent on time. Good luck with neighbors, we were on the second floor and constantly heard our obnoxious neighbors above us yelling/stomping on a daily basis. Beware of having guests over. We had a guest who didn’t park in the visitor parking and they towed her car within a couple hours of being parked."

"My 5 stars goes to the maintenance team here. Vlad went above and beyond and kindly left me a filter at my doorstep within minutes of me placing a work order. I definitely think the location of this property, how well equipped the gym is and having the park just steps away from my unit is also a huge plus. I am only here for a short time, but I love the layout of my apartment (feels like a mini house). Thanks guys!"
