“We enjoyed a yummy dinner! Between our small group we had, oysters, the guacamole, corn fritters, all 3 Burgers, the prawn tostada and dessert. Everything was very yummy! We were all full by dessert, but couldn't resist. So glad we didn't. It was divine. Great drinks, though we kept it fairly simple. Thanks to the lovely staff too.”

“I couldn't be happier with my experience with Great Beginnings Reservoir. My daughter attended the nursery and then went full time in pre toddler. I felt so bad for sending her 5 days a week, but she loves going. The educators are so kind and caring and always have smiles on their faces and provide amazing care for her. The activities and programs they do are fantastic and there is always something new and exciting to look forward to. The updates on the app are so cute and informative. Communicating with the centre is quick and easy and Lana is great! We are moving interstate and I'm so sad to have to take my daughter out of such an amazing centre.”

“If you’re in need of a beautiful piece of cake , great coffee and good banter then don’t go past Freda’s. The pineapple upside down cake was fantastic, as was the carrot cake. All are baked fresh in the premises. They serve a fantastic long black and the Earl Grey Tea was perfect. Will be heading back for dinner. Nothing fancy just a very well run business with excellent food and service, well worth a visit.”

“This place is a real community and super kid friendly. There’s a playground in the courtyard with seating, the service is genuine, they are so happy to greet you and whip up something. The coffee is awesome, all types of milks available but the real champ is the smoothies (vegan nutella smoothie is my fave). They’re also serving toasties and old school jacket potatoes w vegan options and vegan pies and are constantly upgrading and getting more additions and improvements each time I visit. The community love them, the vibe is beautiful here and everyone has smiles. There’s sage, crystals and oil essences on the counter and community artwork on the wall. There is a definite feel of ‘this is all of our place’ and it’s easy to turn a simple cafe visit into spending nearly the whole day there. Would also be really perfect for kids parties.”

“Finally visited Ninna's Kitchen today, an all vegan Cafe in Brighton. Fantastic to see that the menu has quite a few different choices including sub sandwiches and jaffle toasties. Coffee was excellent too. All the staff were just lovely! Hope to visit again soon.”

“This place is definitely worth a visit if your in the city or within the vicinity of Melbourne. 10 minute taxi ride from the city. The service was exceptional, all staff very friendly and welcoming. The food was simply amazing. Perfect portion sizes, exceptionally tasty food and I have to say, my wagyu steak was up there with the best I've ever eaten (baring in mind I travel the globe for business). It was cooked to perfection. Big thank you to all the staff at The Que Club. Highly recommend and hope to return if I'm ever in or around Melbourne. (The beef croquettes to start are a must, you will not be disappointed).”

“This was our second visit. First visit was good but I was sceptical that they were putting extra effort being a brand new restaurant. But after 3 months they still have the same great service which is way ahead of any of the other similar restaurants in the vicinity. In addition, the food is great with excellent serving size. “I recently photographed an engagement party here and I must tell everyone that I couldn't be happier! Please note - this review is from the point of view as a photographer. Food was top notch, service was fantastic, but here I'm telling you guys little more details lol This venue radiates warmth (both as in colours and temp lol), artistic touches every corners and a friendly atmosphere that made everyone feel right at home. Stepping inside, I really loved the cozy fireplace and the inviting warm-toned interior everywhere! The attention to detail is awesome too! Carefully selected artworks on the walls adds a personality! The good blend of natural and tungsten light - but make sure you know what time of the day you'll be shooting! Bonus point if you carry flash with gels. One more thing! I wanna say great thing about the friendly and approachable staff members! They go above and beyond with care and enthusiasm :) I heard from the couple that from the planning stages to the day of the event, their dedication and professionalism shine through, making their, and my day seamless and stress-free. 10/10. “We come here last week for breakfast, they’ve just reopened up after the COVID restrictions. These guys are great, super friendly and lovely food. We sat, ordered coffee and looked over the menu. Chef come to our table to see if we understood the menu as they not only serve western food but also Lebanese food. Chef explained everything to us, I thought I’d give the Lebanese big breakfast a go, it did not disappoint and it was as a massive serve. Food was deliciously tasty, coffee was great and the service was just wonderful. Very caring, friendly and most welcoming. We will definitely be back. Thank you (also the big breakfast come with a large serving of bread).”

“The best donuts in the west!! Glazed Raspberry and Creme Brulee are my faves! I also had the hotdog with the lot was great!! Also my all time go to is the iced coffee. They have such a massive range of sausages and chorizo. Deli goods with a great selection too! Definitely recommend.”

“Doesn't look much from the street, but Maria's is a tardis of delicious European meats, cheeses and dry goods. As a bonus, it has a really worthwhile bottle shop attached, with a great selection of imported beer and wine. The prices are reasonable, and the service and vibe are friendly and local. Making you feel relaxed and well cared for. The food is exquisite, each meal taking you on a journey of interesting flavours and combinations. The oysters were devine. And the chef without prompt gave us a beautiful little note with our dessert for our anniversary. It’s the little attentions to details that matter and they are all over it at this place. “Simple menu, and spectacularly good food. Don't you love a small boutique restaurant that has a simple menu, but every dish is amazing! This is one of those places. Tess and I went out for date night, and everything we had was really, really good. Tess had a corn filled pasta which was so light, and flavourful it was the pick of the night, and I had a succulent pork cutlet on kipfler potatoes which were amazing. Panna cotta was so good that I didn't even get a taste! I had the Tiramisu which was as light as air....beautiful food. The pre dinner foccacia was better than any I've ever eaten. Great place. Can't wait to get back again.”

“Absolutely exceeeded our expectations. The food was delicious and service excellent. Everything timed perfectly as the dishes came out evenly spaced apart. We had a great table for 6 in an alcove that was nice and private. We had the Chef's choice meal and certainly had plenty to eat. It was great to try dishes that we normally wouldn't order only to find they were really yummy, even the Tofu!!! Will definitely be back.”

“Wild was the perfect little find in Castlemaine. Decor was so gorgeous, with a refitted old fire brigade. The interior was filled with soothing wood. Food was utterly delicious. We wanted to try everything on the menu and managed to get through at least half of the menu between the four of us! Everything was astounding. Presented fabulously and tasted amazing. Drinks list was extensive and cocktails were full of flavour. Be prepared to pay a little extra for the great fresh produce and service out in a small country town. But I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area!”
