“Thanks to the great effort of central equity for the construction of this stunning apartment,I eventually have a chance to living in such a beautiful new home. The building was constructed brilliantly with an open-view swimming pool, an integrated gym and a big party room that I can bring my friends to enjoy. However, the thing that most surprised me was the management team in the concierge. The concierge staff are extremely kind and helpful. They assisted me with my home moving so that I was able to successfully move into my new home with no trouble. Especially for Lisa, she helped me with many of the issues that I have incurred during the move and explained patiently to me how things work and how to avoid potential problems. I really enjoy living in this place and appreciate all the efforts that central equity and building management team have made.”

“Love a good Toastie? Then this is your go to place if you live or visit South Melbourne/Albert Park. So many different choices and they are always packed full of ingredients. Seats inside and outside for convenience. Such a friendly team and definitely a place to visit.”

“This hotel is a bit of a hidden gem. It’s exceptionally clean and looks brand new. Everything you’d want if you designed a good value hotel is here - coffee machine in the room, Teadrop tea, refillable toiletries (no wasteful mini soaps and body lotion) big TV at the end of the bed, great choice of free tv and movies, comfy mattress, mini fridge etc. You can get a $20 voucher for the cafe if you choose not to have your room serviced which was great. I stayed with my child and it was perfect. Discounted parking is a bonus. The only downside was the noisy plumbing/air con sounds during the night and a bit of a walk from transport options. Would definitely stay again though.”

“Delicious fresh crossaints, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I was very glad to see something open in Southbank early Sunday morning as the only other choice really is McDonalds. Plenty of baguettes, wraps, pastries, and cakes that all look very nice. Indoor and outdoor seating and also have bathrooms.”

“Came here for a beer we were seeking and some reprieve after our long walk. A huge call out to the staff who just know their stuff, talk you through the selection and has that warm friendly feel of a local pub. Had something to eat as well and it’s fresh and hot so goes down well. Clean, friendly and just a pleasant atmosphere- would come again”

“Late night check-in. Night Manager was friendly and quickly sorted out our paperwork and suggested a good coffee shop. 1 bedroom premium apartment on level 11 nice views over the arts precinct and the domain and gardens. It's a great sized apartment, a full kitchen, and a nice bathroom with a half sized bath. Comfortable bed. Nicely appointed furnishings. Love Mantra properties.”

“Stayed in this place for 4-nights during 2017 New Year's. Perfect for family or couple get-away. It's a really essence of home away from home. The place is ultra-chic, spacious, tidy and have got of the most things we need during our stay. It's 3-blocks to Crown casino; very convenient to public transpo, trams stops right in front of the building and within striking walking distance to most amenities. But most importantly we feel safe and it has a lock-up and secured carpark. Will stay here again and will highly recommend to anyone.”

The staff, the rooms, the warm lighting, and the outlook over Collingwood are 5 out of 5. Well done to your team for bringing this hotel to the market. “I visited Cafenatics Southbank in early January 2023. I ordered a large takeaway coffee (a flat white) …and I must say it was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had! It was nice and strong in flavour and good, lasting crema! The staff were pleasant too! I’ll be going back there again! I highly recommend!”

“The Chef and all the staff weee just amazing! We had one of the best dinners in Melbourne with my family. The food was fantastic, this is easy a gem in Melbourne so please go and try it. I had the well done steak with chips and bourbon glaze sauce.”

“I was travelling away from home and fancied some comfort food. I was delighted by my choice of venue and was warmly greeted on arrival and shown to a table. A local artist was playing in the main bar area which was pleasant to listen to. I enjoyed the beef and Guinness pie with one of their on tap beers. The meal was well presented, nice and hot and very tasty. Thoroughly recommend.”

“Great food and service. The table ordered the chagrined chicken, madras lamb shoulder, beef Wellington, scotch fillet and the girls got a sticky date pudding to share. Everyone was pleased with their food. Not cheap, but it is Melbourne and glad it was good food. Recommend. 9/10”

“I went hear to The Pub before Elton John’s gig we shared a bottle of wine and had 2 chicken parmigiana and listen to cool live music, it all set us for a good night. Bottle wine $60 Chicken Parmigiana $26 We will definitely be back to this a establishment.”

“Ive decided to take my chance and walked in for lunch service today, and boy I was in luck. Got a table inside next to the window, so I have the best view outside to the river yet still be able to enjoy the warm inside. I could see there are blanket for each of the table outside, which is quite thoughtful of the restaurant. The food are fantastic, especially the special of the scallop dish.”

“One of the yummiest and freshest lamb burgers I have ever had. The chips were a bit of a letdown. Only fast food that survived the covid in the foodcourt. Great location and staff are the sweetest.”

“We had a very pleasant dinner here. The waitresses were extremely attentive and friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. My wife had a garden salad and bruschetta - both crisp and freshly made and I had fun with a (massively topped) chicken bbq pizza. Though we were obviously tourists, we were treated very well and we enjoyed ourselves greatly here. Thank you!”
