“These people are amazing. The BEST prices, really delicious food, friendly and warm people. Pleasant indoor and outdoor dining options, nothing fancy but not bad either. Strong Vietnamese selection of food bit also other choices, including potato cakes, dim Sims, milkshakes, smoothies, fruit salad and espresso coffee starting at $3. Where are you going to find a $3 coffee these days? And it's good too. I would consider moving to Moorabbin just to be able to come here more often. Seriously.”

“Great cafe for families and groups, large space with comfortable seating ( booth seats) even at capacity the place doesn’t feel crowded. Lots of house made pastry and croissants. Even has house made marshmallows with the babycinos. Service is great and coffee is fast, 10%surcharge on weekends and 15% surcharge on public holidays”

Had the pleasure of dealing with sales assistant Wendy and she was very courteous and helpful with any enquiries and finding the right pair of shoes for my 7 year old son. Store is large and clean and most importantly they provide service with a smile. Thumbs up and will definitelt be back here.”

“Haven’t been in years and the beer is tasting really good. Went for trivia on Thursday night which was a good time. You can order pizzas in house or order in burgers to your seat in the taproom. Tasting paddle $25 for 5 solid pours.”

“I went to Custodian on the weekend - staff were friendly, service was very prompt and it had a very relaxed vibe. I am vegetarian and there were a heap of options to choose from. The coffee was strong and smooth. 5 stars. Will be bringing friends back to try more on the menu soon.”

“Every time I go to Melbourne I keep returning to this place just to make sure that I wasn't imagining it. Each time I have tried their coffee I have been genuinely blown away by how good it is. Like really good. I can;t believe coffee can tast like this type good. And I drink lots of coffee. Maybe too much. Probably too much. The place is tiny but nicely decorated for the space they have to work with. They only do simple food like toast and jaffles. But the coffee is the main thing. I've had a couple that were candidates for coffee of the year and I've only been there 3 times. Try it.”
