The property manager, Al did a fantastic job helping us get in, make sure we were good during our stay, and even upon exit he really cared about our best interest. This service is legitimately the best we've ever experienced. Definitely add this to the top of your list!"

"As far as apartments go Campbell Row is about as good as it gets. I say this because the word 'apartment' does not fully describe the amenities that you get living here. At Campbell Row you get 50% of a free standing house meaning that at most you share one wall with a neighbor so there is never someone stomping on the floor above you. You get you own drive way lane so that you are never competing for parking. You have a backyard should you need to let the pet out. And the location is great since you're close to many things including the highways should you have a commute ahead of you. The property management is excellent to work with whether you're having an issue with the unit or if you just have a question, very responsive. Maintenance also lives onsite so it does not take long for someone to help you out when needed. The area is excellent in terms of nice people, nice parks, nice road and close to any typical needs of a person (groceries, pharmacies, schools, etc.). If I had any issue throughout my time at Campbell Row that would only be that the units do not have a dishwasher but that's something I personally would prefer. Outside of that I would certainly recommend this affordable option for housing!"

"Great Homes! We have the friendliest neighbors and love having the freedom of both front and backyards while renting an apt.! In-home washer/dryer are very convenient also! Have lived here for several years and will continue to do so for the foreseen future!"

"My parents rented from them for 39 years! Never once did they install carpeting in the apartment and the bathroom and kitchen stayed the same.... disgusting! I would never recommend Campbell row apartments to anyone! Instead of saying thank you for the business you gave us for 39 years, they are just money gougers"
