"The inside of the apartments are very nice, the washer and dryer area could be improved. The communication and process to secure/rent a unit was very unprofessional and sloppy. Reading the negative reviews below and witnessing the red flags throughout the whole rental process made me very reluctant to sign with them. They could definitely use some quality improvement."

"DON'T RENT HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Numerous city violations, many units are without working heat and electricity, no water or hot water multiple times over the year. Property Management is non-existent, we have gone through 5 or 6 since I have lived here in the last 10 months!!! The ones we have had were very rude, and never returned our phone calls for weeks with our issues! The owners live "out of the country", Marcher Michigan LLC, good luck contacting or even finding them, we tried for months. Don't be fooled by the inside of the units, yes they look nice. The outside of the complex has never been cleaned, the stairwells are filthy, windows, washer/dryers broken or full of water, we had overgrown weeds all summer (3 feet tall and the city had to come out to chop them down more then once), outside lights of building were off for weeks at a time, trash pickup inconsistent, I could go on and on. These owners obviously don't care about their tenants, many tenants have moved out before their lease was even up!! We are meeting them in court for the second time next week (they didn't show up the first time), need I say more????? This was the worst mistake of my life, don't let it be your worst mistake, do not rent here!!!!"
"DON'T EVER RENT AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! You will regret it for the rest of your life! If you are looking for no heat, no hot water, no lights outside, no landscape, no working laundry, no property manager then go ahead and join. I don't think I have enough to say about whoever owns the place because they don't care. They will bring Craigslist people to try to fix your issues at 9pm. Everyone has left this complex and now they are trying to rent it out and make more money. If you love yourself enough don't you ever rent here. STAY AWAY!"
