"I’m trying to rent a 1 bedroom but I cannot get them to contact me. I did an online inquiry and called and left a voicemail weeks ago. I have excellent credit, and I want to pay 6 months rent up front. I guess I’ll have to look elsewhere. SMH. Their loss."

"Upon moving in I was very pleased with my first apartment! I moved into a building with only 4 units, and at the time I shared that with another young woman and her mother. As time went past, the older woman (who’d been living there 5 years+) began to make unsolicited complaints to the leasing office about my wife and I coming up and down the stairs. She’d ring my door bell unsolicited, pick arguments & over all was trying to intimidate the 2 of us seeing we were much younger. I have every documented complaint made via email. Needless to say they weren’t taken serious, even with my threat to take legal action. The tenant had no respect for me, as she was sleeping on her couch in a 1 bed room unit. There are other tenants who purposely leave trash in the parking lot, maintenance request take forever to be filled (I literally had to call 5x in 1 week) They rarely pick up the phone unless you have a their direct cell line (Like many of the tenants whose been staying years and years on in) And the icing on the cake was the illegal eviction. Provided no notice, I literally called the leasing office for sink in my water while I’d been making request and the woman told me the city was their to evict me. I say run as fast as you can, I have an open law suit against this place!"

"Just moved in and the building is very quiet. The management is responsive and the apartment is lovely and especially so for the price. The grounds are always kept clean from what I can tell. I barely see my neighbors and I don't work weird hours. From previous reviews to what I've experienced, I think they've made changes for the better. I'd recommend them for an affordable and nice apt in Royal Oak."

"My apartment is fantastic! I've lived here for ten years and have never had a negative experience with management or their staff. Maintenance is courteous and prompt, and management is family-oriented and sympathetic of life's ups and downs. The environment is fantastic, as are the rent pricing in Royal Oak; my apartment has been refurbished with new paint, appliances, and light fixtures throughout the years with very minimal rent rise. The owners are easy to talk to and listen to any issues you may have with with understanding and a genuine feeling of fixing them to accommodate you in the best way."

Maintenance is friendly and quick, management is family oriented and understanding with life's struggles and occurrences. The area is great and so is the rent prices for Royal Oak, over the years my apartment has been updated with new paint, appliances, light fixtures with very little increase in rent. The owners are easy to talk to and listen to any issues you may have with with understanding and a genuine feeling of fixing them to accomadate you in the best way."
