"Been living here a month, the toilet flooded the third day, the kitchen cabinets broke the first week, my bathroom ceiling fell through the second month/yellow substance leaking, the walls are super thin/so you can hear your upstairs neighbors very clearly, and most recently, my air conditioner is leaking on the inside. I’ve submitted over 5 maintenance requests since I’ve moved in. Seems like the problems never end."
"I've had a great experience living here! The manager, Giavino, is extremely helpful and it truly feels like he wants his tenants to have the best experience. Any issues I have had, have been addressed in a timely manner. Also, I ended up finding out I would be transferring out of state for my job 1 month after my lease was ending. Management was very accommodating to this and has allowed me to stay to limit my stress with moving and trying to find a place for only one month. Overall, the apartments are very nice and newly remodeled. The area is great with tons of shops and dining nearby while neighboring to residential areas. Definitely recommend living here."
"When I first moved here, I had great expectations, but it has since surpassed my expectations. I appreciate that there are numerous amenities close by, including a market, so I don't have to travel far. Everyone is welcomed and treated kindly by the other residents in the complex. The management is also excellent! I had a fantastic tour and adored the recently remodeled apartments. When my sink stopped working, they swiftly sent someone to fix it and had excellent communication. I absolutely enjoy living here and having an amazing management."
