"Billings is the BEST! My husband and I moved in almost 4 months ago and we are so happy. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. We are beyond pleased with their attentiveness to the small handful of maintenance requests we’ve had (minor things like a broken drawer, dying battery on our exterior door, etc.). They are incredibly responsive and take immediate action to find a solution. Cannot say enough good things about living here!"
"I have lived here for about 2.5 years now and this is by far the best apartment I have had. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner. The amenities are so nice and kept clean. And most importantly, management and all the staff have always been incredibly nice, helpful and accommodating! Any of my (very few) concerns have been addressed very promptly and with kindness. This is a wonderful place to live and I would recommend it to anyone."
"Lived here for two years. Moving for family reasons. Loved our time here. Any time any issues came up, they were fixed expeditiously. Management super responsive. Rooms are incredibly sound proof. We never heard our neighbors. We had a newborn during our time here and our neighbors didn’t even know we had a baby (and she was super fussy at night in the beginning) Would live here again"

Bianca was the one I had spoken to. She’s the leasing agent. She took me on a tour and explained everything in detail. I must say she is very informative & answered all my questions. "Excellent professional experience with the management team at Billings Place. The complex is meticulously managed. Dealing with local ownership is a huge advantage with a quicker and more personable response when they are needed. Michael and Bianca have been exceptional to work with. They take great pride in the building and to ensure you are well taken care of. Tim on the maintenance team is also a great asset to Billings. Unfortunately a transfer to GA is the only reason we left and we were unable to replicate the luxury and family feel we had at Billings!!"
