"This is my first time living in the U.S, and this place has gave us happiness for one month now. The neighbors are friendly, and their pet dogs are adorable! My kids spend a lot of time sitting by the window to see the dogs walking by our apartment. The apartment is clean, and we cannot hear any noise from our neighbors. My family enjoys going to the playground and sitting by the firepit almost every day. If you're thinking about this place, you must visit and see for yourself! You won't regret it."

"I have had a great experience living at Midtown Pointe! I love the 24 hour access to the on site fitness center with their also being a grocery store within a 5-10 minute walk! The complex layout has a beautiful open floor plan which is great for having people over and the outdoor fire pit is so easily accessible as well!"

"Was one of the first tenants here in 2019 when the sidewalks were still plywood. Stayed until 2023 because it was affordable and convenient. Was actually a pretty great place to live until Village Green took it over in 2021. Upon the takeover they fired all the staff, brought in a new property manager who made most things difficult, took away our ‘hometown hero discount’ (my 2 roommates and I were resident physicians at a nearby hospital), increased our monthly rent by $250 in 2021, and increased our monthly rent by $400 in 2022. You’ll notice that their positive reviews happen in bunches every few months, because they bribe tenants with gift card raffles if they leave nice reviews. They tried to charge us without notice for their renters insurance which we had already opted out of. They tried to charge us late fees for our rent checks if they didn’t cash them in a timely fashion, despite us dropping them off on time every month. One time the property manager showed up to fix our toilet in a blazer and stuck their entire arm into our toilet water. Weird stuff. When we moved out, the property manager claimed the carpet was damaged, tried to withhold our security deposit, charged us an additional $1400 for replacement, and sent a collections agency after us without any communication or notice. Obviously we asked for an explanation of the damages and noted their potential lease violations with their actions, and they quickly agreed to refund our full security deposit - but we never received it until 5 months after our move-out after numerous follow-up emails. In summary, it’s an aesthetically nice place but I believe it has issues in the management department. I will note that the property manager who gave us so much trouble is no longer working there and the new property manager seems to be very nice. The new manager was the one who finally got us our security deposit back."

Now living here, nothing is different - the staff works hard to make it an awesome place to live by keeping the grounds beautiful and maintenance is always on top of it.
