"This was my favorite apartment complex to live at by far. The apartment itself was fantastic with lots of space and lots of storage. The owners and everyone on staff were responsive, easy to work with, and made living there enjoyable. We were sad to move out (only left due to needing a yard for a dog) and miss it tremendously."

"The apartments are awesome. The Owner is very sweet, along with the maintenance guy, Dean. They keep the place very clean. If you love storage, this is the absolute BEST! The owners daughter also added a small fan going to the bedroom to move the air conditioning unit to the bedroom room. Parking for you and guests are very convenient. The only downfall is upping my rent $480/year every year, but I’m sure they do that at every apartment. I’m moving into a house after 4 years and I’m already missing the storage!"
"The management team was very responsive to our needs. It is a family business that is very focused on customer service. The location to RoayOak, Berkeley, Birmingham and freeways is outstanding. We had a great stay at Camelot and would highly recommend to anyone considering it as their home."
"Not worth the price. There are too few laundry machines for the number of people living here and they are often broken. Landlords will not fix issues and ignore your requests. Then they jack up the price every year. Noise is terrible so if you live on the first floor forget about peace and quiet. They look nice at first, but having lived here I now understand why units are always vacant."
