"I’ve been living here for two years. If there’s something broken or not working on the weekend absolutely no support. They have this list of emergency weekend maintenance support that almost includes: a meteor hitting your apartment. You need to call and say you and your toilet are dying to maybe have someone over for help on weekends. You can assume you have no maintenance support on weekends. They’ve literally included calling 911 on their maintenance flyer for weekends."

"BUYER BEWARE This is in regards to the condos for sale. I recently found out one owner owns more than a certain percentage of these condos so they are unwarrantable. Legally, they are supposed to disclose, but they don’t meaning most reputable financial institutions will not approve a mortgage. *Edit per below request - Briarwood owns the unwarrantable condos and rents them out as apartments. Are you the one entity that purchased the properties making them unwarrantable?"

"Lived here for 3 months and I have only a few things I don't like about it. Overall great place to live! Let's get the negatives out of the way. If you order packages sometimes they are left outside the building since you need a key to get in. Occasionally Amazon and others are able to get in or neighbors bring in your packages for you but it is slightly annoying to not have a secure area for things to be dropped of in. USPS is able to get in and put things in your mailbox. The second complaint is more of personal preference. Although the park across the street is nice to walk in, if you like to walk or run farther than 1.5 miles you have to cross 14 mile or Crooks to reasonably do it. There are lights you can use to cross safely however they are kind of out of the way. With that out of the way I have so many positives to say about it. The office staff is awesome, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They made every step of the application, renting, and moving process a breeze. I cannot praise them enough. The buildings are very quiet. I have only heard music or my neighbors talking a handful of times, and usually it was the middle of the day so it wasn't disturbing at all. That being said the rooms are very quiet. You do not need to worry about paper thin walls. Maintenance, although limited to emergencies only due to COVID, has been very reliable and quick when we have needed them. Living so close to Meijer is incredibly convenient. It is also nice being in the neighborhood so there is zero traffic noise. There is also available open parking spots if you have more than one car. Appliances are all new a in great shape. Little to no problems with any of the rooms in terms of build. Overall it has been a great experience!"
