"I am a current resident of ICON on main and have really enjoyed my time living here, mostly because of the property manager Ray Willingham. Ray has been exceptional and has gone above and beyond from even before we moved in. Most notably Ray helped us store furniture prior to our move in date and even hand delivered our furniture to our unit on a Saturday while he had a cold and was at the doctors office the morning of. Ray is also very warm and welcoming and always greets all of the residents at ICON whenever they walk by and is always ready to help. Highly recommend living here, they have top of the line appliances, very clean and a great property manager."
"I love this apartment complex. The property manager Ray Willingham is the best. He is great at bringing in new customers, regularly communicating with the tenants and continuously caring for their needs. He goes above and beyond to accommodate all the residents of ICON on main. Super sweet and easy to get along with.The rooms were built with the fantastic attention to detail. The appliances, cabinets and bathroom are exquisite. Ultimate luxury living. It’s also located by all the cool bars and restaurants of Royal Oak and has super convenient parking structure. 10/10 would recommend! Especially because of Ray :)"
"Our apartment is absolutely beautiful! It was turned beautifully before we moved in. The main reason for my five start rating is because of the Property Manager, Ray! He has been so kind, helpful, his response time is unreal and he has made our moving process FUN and as stress free as possible! I wish everyone was like Ray, the world needs more people like him.
