"A construction zone not safe for pets children whatever and this property thinks its okay to turn your apt you pay for into a construction site and not want to compensate the tenants in any way possible! Its dust all in the air. This is unsafe and they’ve informed me the day of that our kitchen would be unsafe for use. I dont feel safe at all for me or my family members having to be here with it being a total construction site for a week. A reliable reputable management company would do whats possible to make their tenants happy without question. Apparently thats a different story here. This job should not be completed with a tenant occupying the space. If you have pets elderly disabled or have kids AVOID this place. They only want your money and will hound you like a dog for it. This does not feel like home."

"One of the best experiences I've had looking for an apartment. The Apartment manager Brittany fought really hard to get me into a unit as soon as possible even though there was a wait list. The staff was always available, friendly and helpful."

"Total inconvenience from the property. BEWARE! They have us living amongst a construction zone for a week and are NOT trying to compensate their tenants who pay to stay here. I even called with questions and not once was i told the details in full. I am not okay with living in a construction site. Ive been inconvenienced from the beginning of moving here!! The noise is excruciating. And i have online classes. The dust is messing with my allergies and i am uncomfortable with strange Men walking around my home all day for a week. One of the workers took something out of my basement to top it off!!! The property did nothing about it! Then theyre telling me i cant use my kitchen for a week and my water is unavailable during business hours! So now what? Avoid these apartments fr. Our life is being turned upside down and this property doesn’t see the problem with this and isn’t offering solutions! What about privacy ? Doing everything in my power to get this resolved. This job is too major to do with a tenant in place."

"The Facilities are well managed and the issues are resolved quickly! Communication and prompt assistance are key reasons why I renewed my lease for another year! It's a great choice to live on these properties!"
