"Nice building but interior functions need to be updated, plumbing, heating. In the winter there a very good chance your heat won’t work. Every time it drops below freezing pipes freeze so you can’t take a shower. Longest I went without showering is a week. My pipes burst 3 times in one month. $2000 a month for plumbing and heating not to work."
