"Unkept, dirty and gross… and staff didn’t seem to care. Unknown white and yellow stuff on the bedding, smelled of old cigarettes and pets, pillows where a bags of chunked up foam not an actual pillow, all sorts of unknown substances on the bench, bathroom was soiled with mildew and hair in the drain. Places was banged up all over and not just I’m an old building stuff but zero up keep and maintenance stuff. (Left immediately with a refusal to refund “our policy” and immediately locked my “security deposit” credit card because they seemed sketchy!)"

"I should have know this was going to be bad when the guy at the desk didn't even bother getting off his personal phone call while he checked us in. When we got up to our floor, the hallway smelled horrible; when we got into our room it smelled even worse. The floor hadn't been vacuumed, there was still a used coffee filter in the coffee pot and one of the packets of creamer/sugar had been opened and didn't have any sugar in it. There were hairs on the bed, and no hair dryer. I had to go down to the desk to get one, and the one he gave me didn't work properly, but my wife made do. We had to check out after just one night of a two-night stay and move to another hotel. And we wanted to eat before we left at 6:30, but there was no breakfast available, even though the front-desk person (and the sign in the dining area) promised us it would be ready at 6:00. We come to Manchester fairly often, but we'll never even consider staying here again. What an awful experience."

"This place is full of bedbugs . Just look at the pictures. We book 2nights over there for 466$ we didn’t even do the first night. Thank God to the bedbugs sucking our blood . They were everywhere in both room we got. 324 & 325 . Manager decline everything stating we are lying. And refuse to refund our money claiming “policy do not refund “ they are just scammers. Be careful"

"my overall experience was pretty good however, the shower in my room was absolutely disgusting. there was mold all over and the floor was grimy and discussing. I want to especially thank the night crew for their patients and assistance in getting our room when we had to check in a day early. they were amazing"

"Best part, it was only 2 miles from the airport. Room was dirty, smelled of smoke, large crack in window, holes in blankets, coffee cup stains on counter top. 1/2 empty bottle of shampoo in shower (which itself could use a good bleaching) hallway and elevator were very dirty. Area felt very unsafe. People in parking lot being loud."
