"Eric has a way of making all of our trips here memorable! We enjoy coming to Manchester to attend shows/concerts with our family and he is always willing to accommodate our needs! Last night he shuttled us to the rodeo and picked us up when it finished. He always has a positive attitude and asking if there is anything else that he can do to help. Hands down, HE IS AWESOME!"

"My family and I had a room for the weekend for a family wedding in Manchester NH. The hotel was very friendly, the room was okay, the shower needed to be updated ( the soap holder was all cracked) wall paper was pealing, the TV was nice and big, the beds were comfy and the pillows were amazing. We met a exceptional worker named Eric. He went above and beyond so my family and I could have a good weekend in a new state. He was very friendly, funny and we were treated as family. He shuttled us to the wedding area since we had no idea where we were going, great driver, told us to enjoy our time and to call him whenever we were ready to be picked up and he was there within 10 mins. I'd have to say my family had a great time here, I definitely recommend this hotel and If I come back to NH I am definitely staying here again mainly because of Eric. My 13 year old son even said how nice everyone was in NH compared to NY. Eric, thank you for everything, it was a blast and it was very nice meeting you, hope your there when we come back to NH, to the owners of the hotel, your showers and toilet areas need upgrading and Eric is a great employee, he is very professional, polite and funny because of him we had a blast at your hotel!"

"No frills, basic hotel. The best part was the attached diner. I would go back just to eat there again. The coffee and hot water were empty in the lobby. Our room was missing the couch as shown in the reservation. The shower curtain would not stay closed due to the angle of the rod. Bed was comfortable though."
