"Day one, they forgot to clean my room. The same thing happened to my coworker. Photos of my room AFTER it was cleaned on day two...a dead bug, garbage UNDER what they considered a made bed, and no towels restocked even though the desk said they should be. The shuttle isn't available until 4:30 p.m. The in-room coffee and the lobby coffee are the worst I have ever tasted. The bartender was going to help me when he was darn good and ready and not a second before. Everything in the lobby is covered in crumbs, dirt, and dog hair. 100% do NOT recommend this place."

"Just checked out from a wonderful 3 night stay here. The hotel was very conveniently located close to I-293 as well as the downtown Manchester area including all of the local colleges & universities. There was plenty of free parking for all guests. I had a room that overlooked the Delta Dental stadium, which I highly recommend because it was a great view and you could also see a little glimpse of the Merrimack River adjacent to the hotel & stadium. The room was very clean, spacious, & quiet. The only thing that I would mention that could be improved is at Hilton Garden Inns there is no free breakfast like similar Hilton chains however there is a restaurant in the lobby, but it didn’t seem to be a popular choice among guests as it was a fixed rate per person and didn’t seem to appealing. It would be nice if they offered a simple free breakfast option or at least a simple menu where you could purchase an individual breakfast item instead of the $19 per person all you can eat. Other than that I would highly recommend staying here the next time you visit Manchester, NH."

"The hot tub was out of order. That was a bummer. There were some liberties taken with regard to charging for incidentals. Got a great deal through the SUPER app....so totally worthwhile. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. We'll def stay again."

"Glad to return to the Hotel. We have stayed here multiple times over the years. Room was great, overlooking the ball field. Bar/restaurant was great and our server/bartender was excellent."

"**edit: We talked to the front desk. Because they were fully booked, they weren't able to give us a new room. The front desk attendant was very understanding and nice, and was able to discount part of our stay due to the inconvenience (the house cleaning staff had already left for the day). Honestly, I think they are overbooked and understaffed, causing mistakes due to the workload. Otherwise, their customer service in-house was good. Review: The front desk was nice, but I am not entirely sure that our room was cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub, sand in the carpet, and half of a PILL left on the lamp. Honestly, the two stars are only because check-in was easy. Otherwise, I would not recommend this hotel unless you want to question if you're sleeping in used sheets."
