"DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE. I travel for work 100+ nights a year and this hotel is a complete scam. The service is completely terrible, they are non-responsive and unwilling to help with any issues. CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL IN THE AREA. Marriot has lost my loyalty due to the actions of the general manager of this establishment."
"For breakfast, the eggs were not real. Someone had stated they were. They weren't. There were hairballs by the pool. The pool is small and cold. I found brown stuff on the wall, dirty dishes in the cabinet, hair in my sink, and hair in my shower. The towels had brown stuff on them. The place wasn't gross, but maybe the older I get, the more my Karen comes out. I just hate seeing pieces of black hair (or any color hair) in my shower or sink. And I hate seeing brown stuff on the wall next to the toilet. Overall, the staff was pleasant. I wish the pool was warmer. And I found something to eat other than eggs, so I lived to see another day. The best thing about this place was the location. It was convenient to walk from the SNHU Center's Disney on Ice to the hotel in a blizzard."
"A beautiful clean hotel designed and built with a tip of the hat to Manchester’s Historic Mill Yard, and conveniently located adjacent the city’s arena and downtown amenities. Easy access on and off the expressway makes this a perfect location for your NH visit. The hotel has made guest safety a priority, with entry limited to a single main entrance and room keys required for elevator access. My one and only complaint is the new requirement for mandatory valet parking. It’s completely unnecessary and inconvenient. The parking lot had ample parking throughout our 5 day stay. An $18 per night fee and the inconvenience of having to give your keys and your car to valet every time was a nuisance. This needs to change before I return. This is a Residence Inn, not a Renaissance. This clientele generally prefers to self park."
"Stayed here from a Wed to Sat. Check in was quick. 2 elevators. 4 floors. Stayed on the 4th. Room 403. Which was at the end of 2 hall. Odd numbers face the back of the building. There is a park in the back as well as the hotel parking lot. Starting Dec 2023 they will have valet parking. At the time of the review it is self park. The studio room was spacious for staying a few days. Decent sized kichenette, bathroom and bedroom. Room was clean. The halls smell terrific. Pool was a bit cool for my taste. Complimentary breakfast was fair. There is also a generously sized gym. Staff was friendly and attentative."
"Rooms were clean and modern, staff was superlative, everything was easy and fairly priced. Having a small kitchen in the room and the hotel's good location put it even further over the top."
