"We came to this motel to wait for minor renovations to a house we just purchased. The Young Lady in the morning Very Nice. The Gentleman in the evening very, very rude. Followed my wife around asking her questions as if she were an individual who had no reason to be there. We had some words (He & I). Very disrespectful this man. She was harassed by this man until we checked out that morning. Very concerned we attempted to contact the hotel owner/General Manager Mr. & Mrs. Variana. With no luck just to bring it to their attention. I then attempted to book for another evening as our house wasn’t quite ready yet. And I was informed by the Front desk associate that (Per the Gm Mr. Variana) we were placed on a do not rent list. Treated very unfair, and disrespected. I DO NOT recommend this establishment to any professional or respectful people. They discriminated against me and my wife. And retaliated against us by refusing to allow us to book a second evening. Treating us as we were locals on drugs. Worst Lodging in Manchester nh. They only prefer drug addicts."
"It's convenient that it's right off the highway, However its very gross inside, very dirty, outdated, and overpriced. Lots of criminal action all around that area. I would not say it's safe at all. Staff is never at the desk either. Rooms look very dingy and not clean at all. I don't even know if they have housekeeping. If they do, they don't do their jobs."
"This motel far exceeded my expectations. Building has a neat historical Manchester vibe inside and out. Beds were comfortable, rooms had everything we needed including a refrigerator. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was exactly as described. Only real downside was the soundproofing. Not really a concern for us (party of 4 in two rooms) but if you’re sensitive to that it’s worth considering."
"In an effort to make positive comments: * Check in took under an hour. * Everything in my room is conveniently located - within reach even. * Very close access to the highway - less than 50’ outside my 4th floor window. * I won’t burn anything with the iron. * I won’t forget anything in the closet. * The water pressure is great. * The room is (regrettably) well lit. * It’s not always this overpriced. * I can sit on the bed and brush my teeth. * The window ac keeps the room cool and drowns out a bit of the road noise. * It’s in the town I need to be in. * Parking is free. * There is free tea and coffee in the lobby from 6-9. * Enough room for a single traveler."
"Rooms was not bad. Service could use some work. Need to add to their site how you can pay for your room. What they except and what they don't except. When you book online. It was a real mess. You think you paid for your room online. Then you get there and you have to pay again. They need to realize not everyone has a credit card. Then they try to double your cost for the room."
