"Breakfast was terrible. Most Homewoods wood have 3 times more stuff and not be out of stuff for 4 days. Ask for towels 3 time still had to get them myself. The pool was disgusting and they closed it for 2 days. Needs to be acid washed to get them stains our. The only reason I gave it a 3 is because called twice so we could get two rooms close before we left. Getting there we find our it wasn't arranged so the girl at the front desk Christmas day gave us a upgraded room. Made Christmas a lot nicer."

"Buetiful rooms, with lots of space for your family. Customer service was great. And there were beautiful options of areas to visit with your guests out of your room as well. The only complaint I had was how much chemicals they kept adding to the pool daily. Yes, there were a lot of the guests' children in it swimming. However, it was so strong that just going in the pool room gave me massive headache hours and burnt my eyes. a few of the children I would see daily had chlorine rashes on their body all week... they could def lighten the shock given every day. But I would recommend this hotel and I'll go back for sure!"

"My cousin had a two-bedroom suite to get people together after a gathering. Each bedroom had two queen beds. Most time was spent in the central common area (living room, kitchen) and it accommodated about 10 adults while 2 kids watched a Christmas movie. Nice setup."

"Having stayed at this hotel multiple times for more than 10 years I have watched the steady decline in quality, service and the overall condition of the property. I cannot recommend this property due to the fact: - it’s very dirty across all common areas. - poorly maintained - expensive for quality/condition - appears to have become a long term living solution for people therefore it’s harder to get a room or the dates needed for your stay than it used to be."
