"This was a very nice place to stay. Front desk staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean n well kept. Morning buffet was excellent with a wide variety of breakfast items. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"laundy is expensive $5 to wash $4 to dry, dryers don't dry clothes completely game room is not properly maintained pool heater broken trash not emptied, clean towels not brought up for 2 days in a row hotel hasn't been properly maintained and looks a bit run down you won't get a full service clean until 4th day unless requested at day 3 gameroom floor has water that come out from the cracks in the floor we had killed several bugs in our room there are dips, weak squishy spots in the hallway floors. we have come hear yearly for about 7-8 years, and this will be our last year coming back to this hotel. We were very disappointed."

"My boyfriend and I as well as my parents stayed here this past weekend for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday). We had two standard king rooms on the second floor. Our overall experience was okay. On our first night here, my boyfriend and I were visiting my parents in their room after we got back from a concert that we had attended in Derry (they were right across the hall from us), when we realized that their TV did not work. They were getting nothing but snow. My boyfriend tried changing the input, but the TV was entirely unresponsive to the remote. My dad called down to the front desk, but nobody came to take care of this until the following morning (Saturday), so they had no TV on Friday night. Also, I must say, the TVs were quite small for such large rooms. They were also older TVs (probably over a decade old). While the rooms themselves are fairly modern, the bathrooms are quite dated and the water pressure in our shower left a lot to be desired. The shower head was just awful and I didn't like how the sink was not in the bathroom, rather right outside of the bathroom, which is super inconvenient when you get out of the shower and want to use a mirror and brush your teeth. Also, we ran out of toilet paper by Saturday morning and had no extra rolls, so we had to call the front desk to have someone bring additional rolls to our room, which there was a bit of a wait for. The continental breakfast was okay, but nothing to write home about. The eggs were a bit cold and the pastries didn't seem that fresh. Overall, our experience with this hotel was decent, at best. I will say that the location is great, which is why we chose to stay here."

"Best place I have stayed at all year. Great to get back to traditional stays or maybe its me visiting questionable hotels, might say much about me, oops. Vending machines, ice machines, free coffee and breakfast. And the executive court could host a wedding easily. Check out my videos. Represents the property well."

"We stayed here while visiting family in the area from SC. The rooms are very nice, spacious. Hotel is in a very quiet area. The staff were awesome, super accommodating and helpful. Both Stephanie and Alicia at the front desk were A+++. Pool is cold, hot tub is nice and very warm! The best part..... Dog friendly!!! And reasonably priced. We are definitely staying here again."
