"We stayed here a few nights and have never been before. All of the staff we dealt with were very nice. The room was clean and we liked having a full kitchen. They didn’t have any pans for the oven, but the gentleman at the desk quickly found me one to use. The toilet didn’t flush unless you held the handle down until it flushed. And our key cards didn’t work the last day there, even after getting new ones. That was a little annoying. Breakfast wasn’t great, so I only ate it once. But it was nice it was available anyway. Overall we liked the stay and will definitely go again!"
"The staff here is horrible. I smiled and was super polite for room through a 3rd party app and these woman were so rude and told me because the way my husband looks( he teeth need some help) they can't rent to us again they put us on a do not rent list and would not renew or stay. Some people's kids etc me tell you"
"Pros: - Room has a kitchen with fridge, stove and sink - TV is close to the bed Cons: - Rooms are not sound proof. Can easily hear people beside my room - Room was not clean. Found dirty things in between the couch. - Desk chair did not work properly. Height adjuster deflates instantly. - Some of the utensils included with the room were dirty - My towels nor room was not cleaned or replaced during my 6 days of stay - breakfast was terrible. I can usually tolerate a bad breakfast but this one was one of the worst. There wasn’t a lot of options available as the pancake machine and juice machine were down. Sausages were swimming in oil. No potatoes. No bacon. Only 2 options of cereal. Terrible muffins. In conclusion, I wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel as the rooms are not sound proof, nor clean and the equipments are broken. I’m my 6 days of stay there I only ate breakfast once and did not eat it again as it was one of the worst hotel breakfast I’ve had. I recommend booking elsewhere."
"Our stay was great. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome and our room was clean! Would stay here again."
"I've stayed at Marriotts for years for business and personal travel. I've even stayed at this one before and it was fine -- then. Now is a different story. First of all, it appeared that all of the 1st floor rooms were under construction, which of course, was not information forthcoming when I booked. So, there was the attendant noise and dirt from the construction, not to mention crew vehicles taking up a lot of spaces in the parking lot. But, Saturday night of my stay somebody decided that it would be "fun" to rev their vehicle's motor for 2 hours, starting at 10 PM. I dealt with it for a while but finally, after 45 minutes called the desk and told them about it. The desk clerk clearly did not want to deal with it (as she told me -- "Well, I haven't been on shift that long . . ." -- what does that have to do with anything? --) but when I insisted that the noise was disturbing not just me, but everybody in the hotel, she said she would say something to whoever was making the noise. It continued for another 15 minutes, stopped briefly then started right back up after that. Finally, around Midnight it stopped for good. Too bad if you had any plans to sleep after 10 PM. Additionally, like so many other formerly "good" chains, there is absolutely no service -- no making of beds, no replacing of towels, nothing, despite the fact that the prices have gone way up and everyone is required to authorize another $100 for "incidentals" even in a place like this that has no restaurant or anything else (other than a candy bar) that you would want to charge to your room. It's just one more "money grab" of Marriott's. Finally, when I filled out the "satisfaction" survey and complained all I got was an auto-responder: "Sorry to hear (no, you're not) we did not live up to your expectations." Marriott, what has happened to you?? In years past if there were any problems (and there usually were none) if you did contact the hotel a human being actually got back to you and apologized and compensated you in some way. Might as well stay at the Motel 6 these days. Why pay Marriott prices when the atmosphere and customer service are non-existent?"
