"My experience was….at best….terrible. The facility was ok. Nice common area. Decent gym. My room was decent until I found a fly by the window. But that isn’t the cause of their underwhelming rating. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NON EXISTENT. I left my key in my room w/wallet (common human mistake) and was told if I don’t have photo ID they can’t help me. Most absurd thing I’ve ever heard. Even after giving them my name room, room number, and asking if they could escort me to the room I was disregarded and left in silence. Only after I said I would call the police was I treated with some decency. On top of that. Being charged for a late check out is new to me as well. But hey they won’t ever see me again or get a recommendation. Hopefully this review finds the right person and training can be added to their regiment because it is greatly needed."

"The stay was pleasant. The rooms seemed clean and recently renovated. The TV in my room didn't have all the streaming feature other rooms had, which was a bummer, and when I called the front desk about it, there was nothing they could do. The common areas are nice clean there is a game room a gym and a pool but no sauna. The restaurant is ok. The soup was cold and microwaved, and everything seemed to be frozen. The rooms overlook a parking lot and a gas station and can get loud at times. All the rooms have even numbers, which was a bit confusing at first, but that could just be my dyslexia."

The on-site restaurant served amazing kabobs, and the presence of a bar added to the enjoyable atmosphere, with friendly patrons creating a positive vibe. A highly recommended stay for those seeking a blend of comfort, fitness, and great dining."

"Largely a good experience. The room was clean and in a good state of repair. It was fun that there was exercise equipment in it. I didn't have a chance to try the pool, but it sounded good. Negatives are that breakfast is not included, and that there is a weird thing from remodeling where the table that the business center computers are on looks like it was shoved into the wall and there is a hole and a crack in the wall there Still, a good location and positive experience and I would return"

"First time at this IHG brand. I love the simplicity of the rooms, very modern and clean lines. Nothing hiding, you can see the cleanliness as everything is open. There are some scuff marks at the bottom of doors and the shower base, time will tell if they are not dealt with it will age the hotel quick. For the extra 5 minutes a week these can be cleaned off and well worth it in my opinion. I will be back in the area in 2025 and will stay here to see if it still has that new feel or if it has signs of aging. I like that there are options if you want a beer or drink after arriving without having a bar. They have a greater availability in their coolers than most other hotels of this class. Lots of options for soft drinks and snacks, even souvenirs if needed. Nice simple breakfast, more grab and go options than just a banana and apple would be nice for those of us who don't have time to sit and have breakfast as we leave too early. I did have a few minutes to toast a bagel to bring with me. Overall I would recommend this hotel."
