"Apartment kitchen got roaches and they dont care. They sent "exterminators" to spray every 2 weeks but it only made the problem worse. Eventually they were in every corner of the 2 bedroom apartment. After fighting and doing everything possible for over 5 month, it eventually forced me out to move somewhere else to escape the nightmare."

"This property does not care about the security of its residents. We have had our packages stolen, both cars broken into, and laundry stolen on numerous occasions. If you value your personal property and personal safety, you might aswell look somewhere else. There are no security cameras anywhere and your neighbors know this. We are sick of rent going up every year with nothing to show for it. We have talked about this with the front office before and they will always tell you it is not their responsibility. All they would need to do is add cameras in important areas such as laundry rooms and building entry rooms but they don't care."

"I have lived in Sunset Ridge for a year this December. The building I live in has been good. The neighbors are friendly, and pet owners clean up after their pets. The maintenance staff were always available, the grounds were kept nice including snow removal in the winter. The only negative I would have to comment on is that when I moved in, whomever lived in the apartment before me was a smoker and the apartment still smelled of it. There were cigarette burns in the counter and when the heat kicks on and in the bathroom, you can still smell it. There is also someone in the building smoking as you can smell it and see cigarette butts dropped in the hall. Leaving my window and slider open in the summer was not ideal as the smoke would blow in. My building was marked as non smoking, but some people still smoke regardless."

"I have lived at sunset ridge for a little over a year now and have had a good experience thus far. I live in 99 Eastern which is the non-smoking building. The staff at the leasing office are kind and accommodating, and maintenance requests are usually pretty quick. Haven't had issues with parking and snow plowing is done at a reasonable time. The only gripe I have against the place is that the walls are thin, so you can hear the muffled conversations of your neighbors and can smell their cooking. I would recommend this place to others."

"Decent complex, well maintained and staffed. Front desk staff are pleasant to work with and very understanding. Apartment grounds are in good shape and improving. It looks like they have done a lot of work to try to improve the complex in recent months. I was lucky to get a newer unit, new appliances, paint, and floors. Inside is fairly quiet, but it all depends on neighbors. Do understand there is a lot more to think about other than rent. You have to pay for water and sewage, electricity, and heat. There is truly nothing included. Rent is a little high at $1160 as of 2017 - but to be expected in Manchester for a two bedroom. A solid place to live, do plan on asking about the smoke free building if you are sensitive to that. Most buildings allow smoking, and it is noticeable in the hallway. Thankfully I never smell it in the apartment."
