"I lived here for 3 years. My ceiling had the water from the snow melting right in my apartment January to February 2024. I had a pool in my kitchen/dining area..I had big holes in my ceiling from maintenance opening to get all the water out yeah they did but guess what everyone? Them openings stayed there for almost a month what a eyesore can you image coming home hoping a rodent was not in your apartment I asked Michelle the manager if I could get a adjustment for my rent no response at first then said the owners not gonna give me one and every other day I was getting a text about paying my rent and all late fees attorney fees etc. Silva Properties is not a good place to live even though my apartment was cute MONEY HUNGRY will bill you in 14 days for a eviction if late. Never live there again R.O.E"

"If they say anything is a "slight noise from the pipes" just know it most-likely is on-going noise in that unit that WILL drive you absolutely insane. Especially if you work remote. Response times horrible, too. If at all."

I was renting a unit at 249 S Crooks and had unforeseen family issues that meant I needed to cut out of my lease early and move out. Michele went out of her way to speak to the owner for me and help waive the 2 months rent I would owe. On top of that the property was well maintained and a good experience as a tenant there."
