"I felt compelled to write an honest review and make someone else feel very comfortable with choosing these apartments. My husband and I have had a great experience here. I love that it is a safe pet/family friendly environment. My favorite thing is that if there has ever been any sort of issue/maintenance, everything has been resolved quickly and correctly. The communication has been excellent and we always have felt welcome here (thank you Michelle!). I know it is hard to find a place to live that isn’t “too good to be true” so I wanted to express how much we love it here. Highly recommend this complex as your temporary or long term home!"

"This place is so terrible. They will kick you out before they come and investigate what’s going on. They will say you can’t smoke on property as white maintenance man smokes. This is an Indian community. I believe since the managers credit score is so low she’s a bit of a character. They only care about money here. Half the community here doesn’t like black people and they show it and will lie to get you put out. The office staff doesn’t even check it out. But they will say they will. If your neighbors odor comes into your apartment they will say that is impossible but if you smoke in there that smell is very possibly to get into the apartment. Pictures online are old and outdated. Only two maintenance men that barley know what they are doing. They don’t pay the maintenance men for overtime pay also. Force them to take days off so they have to pay. Won’t pay them for any jobs done off their working hours. All together this place is dirty and they still haven’t fixed roads. Kids run around without supervision almost getting hit on bikes and feet because of the parents are to busy gathering to plan. Don’t move here. All the reviews are lies or paid for!"

"I enjoyed the year I spent living here. The one bedroom apartment had plenty of space and there was a good amount of storage. Everything is a little dated, especially the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, but I had very few maintenance issues and staff responded incredibly promptly anytime anything went awry. My neighbors were friendly and I never experienced any noise issues. The only real inconvenience I experienced was that if it snowed on the weekend sometimes the walkways weren’t shoveled until Monday. Finally, and most importantly, this is a pet friendly complex that’s safe enough for a woman to be comfortable walking her dog after dark. I never felt unsafe during my time here. Overall, I had a good experience here and would recommend it."

"This place deserves more than 5 stars honestly. The experience has been absolutely great, the leasing staff is responsive, any repair orders placed get handled promptly and it's an overall amazing community. Absolutely beautiful apartments and very wholesome surroundings with kids playing outside, tennis courts, volleyball, you name it! Best part is, when I'm in my apartment, I can't hear ANYTHING!!! No noise from neighbors or even the kids running up and down the sidewalk! Would highly recommend to anybody looking to move to the Novi area. Thank you again Michelle!"

"Though apartments are old, they make every attempt to make it look new. The Leasing office Michelle and Loren are very helpful and maintenance crew is awesome, I stayed for two years, almost all the issues I reported was resolved on same day or on next day. I had a wonderful stay. Location is so perfect and Village Oaks school has a very good rating. Overall stay in this community was good. Only downside about this community is they keep increasing the prices year after year, Anything more than 1250$ seems not really worth here.."
