"I booked a room online and I did it early in the day. I booked a reservation for a queen suite with a balcony. When I arrived to the hotel I was checked in went to the room and noticed it wasn't a suite nor did i have a balcony. I called the front desk to see if there was anything that could be done I paid a total of $330 and the room I was given was not what I paid for. Once speaking with front desk Tyler made it his mission to exceed customer satisfaction with upgrading our room without inconveniencing other guest. Tyler’s customer service definitely made our experience one to remember."

"The room was nice but very dated. The TV was basic, you could not connect anything or stream plus they were like a 32" in both rooms."

"Check in was at 4pm. Arrived at 530pm and was told both of the rooms my mother had reserved weren't ready as they were waiting for checkouts (which is listed at 11am). I told my mother to cancel and we would find rooms somewhere else, and within minutes they found two rooms right down the hall from each other. The pool and the room the pool is in were not heated at all. Definitely didn't reflect the price paid for the rooms."

"We came to Novi for my daughter's cheer competition, we got 2 rooms. The good, the rooms were clean and put together well. The staff was friendly, we had out ESA with us, and they were accommodating and polite with her and respected her space. Can not say enough about the staff! So polite ! The negative. The pool is freezing. There's no way the pool is over 68°. There were several times people would ask for pool towels, and we were all told multiple times over our stay (fri-sun) that there were no towels. They did close the pool for cleaning on Sunday so the kids were unable to go swimming b4 we left Our toilets handle kept sticking, so if we didn't wiggle the handle it would just keep running, well after one of my kids didn't wiggle the handle and clogged the toiled, we had water flooding the floor. I told staff and she advised me there was no maintenance available and could only offer us another room, I asked for a plunger and towels and we was able to unclog it but we shut it off in-between uses. They only hand hand towels to offer us to soak the water up ... we also only had 2 full-size towels to accommodate 4 people. Idk what the towel situation was, but they didn't have seam to have any. Breakfast on the weekends is only offered at 8 am (it's not free), but we had to be at the cheer comp. By 7:30, so I can't say anything about breakfast. On Sunday, we opted to go out. It's a clean hotel with a friendly staff but the pool isn't so cold, no towels and a roag toilet put a bit of a damper on things."

"The location and price of this hotel is good since it’s right by a lot of shopping, restaurants, and the freeway. The only issue I had when staying was with the first room sink, which was stopping up when I was washing my hands. When advising the young lady at the front desk on the night of check-in, she immediately switched me to a new room with no issue since maintenance was gone for the day. I asked for housekeeping to come and clean the room and the young man at the front desk in the morning advised that the hotel was completely booked and he would try to fit my room in to be cleaned. Let’s just say the room was never cleaned and when calling for new towels an attitude was given. The rooms could use a little more detailed cleaning and some type of freshener used when cleaning the room."
