"The room was not really clean. Convenience for our purposes was perfect. Beware if you have allergies, they have only feather pillows. The size is great for families. I would not stay there again."
"I stayed with Sonesta Novi for Christmas weekend 2023. I checked in on Christmas eve. As we settled into the room for the next two nights my toddler found an open used condom stuck to the side of the bed. I was immediately disgusted and went to the front desk immediately!!! The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and understanding and told me she would give me a credit for one night. Later as we moved along continuing to settle in I go into the kitchen cabinet and found a pill bottle with pills in it! Again I was highly upset and went to the front desk. I was told that I could have an additional night added to my stay for free. I say this to say I am disappointed in the cleanliness I experienced and after reviewing my receipt I still don't see where I was given basically 2 nights free as promised! I am very disappointed and would like to be accommodated for making this Christmas more challenging for my family and I. Chantal"
"No fitted sheet on one of the beds. Said complimentary breakfast when we ordered the room they said no. So we went and got our bookings they said to order from their menu and got really snotty. Never have i seen this awful of service. Blasted with pot on elevator"
"The worst place I have ever stayed! The room was not clean or properly stocked. I called the front desk because we barely had any toilet paper and I was told that I had to go to the office to get it. I was supposed to stay at Sonesta Select and got moved to this dump because of a "glitch" in their system. I don't see how they charge more for theses suites with how ghetto they are."
"Filthy and falling apart. Stayed here for a Trade Conference. Room was filthy. Even found a greasy frying pan in the oven and a moldy glass in one of the bedroom cabinets. Best part was when the bathroom door literally started falling apart (separating from the frame)."
