Four Points by Sheraton Detroit Novi

"The check-in was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Not kid friendly! If you want to have a quiet night, that did not happen here. Believed to be Unwilling sex going on in other rooms that were out of control “loud Unwilling yelling, and screaming no and Please” later, During the middle of the night banging on the door, a young lady walking with a towel wrapped around her begging to get in a room. Another complaint from another room was also made. I travel quite a bit, this is the first complaint I made on a hotel. I called the front desk to make complaints a couple of times midnight, and at 2:30 in the Morning. Each Incident went on from 20 minutes to a half hour Far as safety, I’m unsure. Unpleasant sounds coming from a room as I walked down the hall to check out. The ladies at the front desk in the morning were surprised to hear the unpleasant night stay and loss of sleep, apologized. No one had told them or left a message. The manager, asked if they had called the police? I stated no. A gentleman did come down the hall to attend to the issues I believe. The manager also Mentioned that I should’ve asked for a room on an upper floor, for quiet. The hotel manager Said he would rectify by compensated room On another date. A couple days following, he said he would not do this. There would be no rectification not even partial. The manager said he can’t help who comes into the hotel. Hopefully, This hotel makes some changes."

"Lovely premises, well kept rooms, the service from Stephen at the front desk was exceptional, a true customer service professional. The food from the in hotel bar was tasty and arrive relatively quickly. I would like to make sure I mention Tyler who was working the bar. He was cordial, he was friendly, he was professional. When i was leaving to hotel tonight i noticed him still working, cleaning, and organizing even after his allotted time to clock out. Overall wonderful experience. The building itself is a little confusing to get to the first time, and the elevators needed some work. Those are my only complaints, other than that a wonderful experience."

"Quite cozy and quiet. I enjoyed my stay. The concierge was always helpful, the dining was delightful, and the highlight for me was the young lady servicing my room. She was a delight and went above and beyond, even putting in a request to fix my sink before I had to even say anything. I left her a nice tip as she was so awesome. Her signature looked like ATT on the nice letter she wrote me. I will be back when on business or even pleasure in the future."

"No, please don't call this hotel a Sheraton. It is weird. The lobby looks amazing but then you walk through and there's an indoor swimming pool. The whole place smells like bleach. Our room was far away even when I am a Platinum member. The carpet and the walls were not on the best shape. Our room had a broken window which made me nervous with kids. We didn't like it at all. It's a shame because the staff is nice and it is in a great location."

"The hotel room didn't smell like a normal hotel room. It was a very pleasant experience in the room and clean. There was some other guests who were drinking at the bar loudly and letting their kids run wild in the hall. Steven at the front desk got it under control and was super helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is very convenient to a lot of shopping & dining and you can feel safe in the area. I would definitely recommend."
