"There are a few things I like about living here like my view from my balcony and the rent is reasonable. However, the things I really don’t like is the water system here. Sometimes it has a yellow color to it that really concerns me and the water pressure in the shower is pretty weak. Unfortunately I probably won’t renew my lease because of those two issues."

"Devin by far provides the BEST maintenance service ever! I have lived here for 15+ years and I have never had such impeccable service! He’s friendly, thorough, detailed, and makes sure everything is done properly. Devin doesn’t halfway do repairs like many of the previous maintenance did. He always asks if things are done to my liking and if there is anything else he can do for me while he is here. Devin is reliable and on time. If he says he’s going to do something, he ensures that it gets done. He recently upgraded my entire apartment and didn’t forget about a thing! He noticed that my closet door was repaired but was not done correctly and it looked bad. He took it upon himself without me asking to fix it and did it perfectly! He went above and beyond to help me so much when my place was getting painted. He came here early that day and helped me move the heavy furniture that I could not do myself. And afterwards, he moved it all back and took my big items that I was getting rid of to the dumpster for me. These are just the few things that I can remember. I’m so grateful for him and I truly couldn’t have done it without him!"

"This is the best place I've ever lived. It definitely deserves 5 stars! The streets within the complex are all new and smooth, every apartment building backs to a pond, every one!! And you, no matter which apartment you choose will have the largest sliding doors I've ever seen! They must have very high standards here as well, because everything that's normally rundown in an apartment, such as appliances or lights or showers, they all seem like new, like they upgraded the apartment just for you. There are always people out walking, many with their dogs. And everyone is really friendly and polite here, staff and neighbors both. I've been living here for almost 5 months now and haven't had any issues whatsoever! But I've heard from some of my neighbors that the staff here take every maintenance request serious, and that they dedicate a lot of their time making sure the guests/tenants are comfortable. I realize everything is going up in prices lately, however I think you find while living at Portsmouth that the rent you pay here is worth it. I just love sitting on my patio and watching the birds, be it a giant heron trying to catch little fish, or two giant white, beautiful swans. The place is amazing! And there's everything you could ever want or need within walking distance, including a huge pool surrounded by a pond with a fountain and fresh flowers all summer long. If you're looking for an apartment that you will actually enjoy living in, Portsmouth is for you!"
