"We stayed here for my birthday. It was a beautiful place! Our room was clean and it smelled great! We stayed at the Club floor level 7. I would highly recommend it. Very nice staff and a great breakfast! We felt very welcomed. We will definitely be coming back here again!"
"Nice hotel. Just don’t stay here during hockey team weekends. Unless you really enjoy loud awful kids, banging hockey sticks and drunk parents who think they are in their own home and treat everyone else and the property terrible, including employees. Nice place. Nice start. Awful customers on hockey weekends."
"Stayed there last week for a girls night. From Olivia at the front desk to Kris in the VIP lounge, the service was amazing! They made us feel truly welcomed. I will be staying here again. Thanks for making our stay phenomenal!"
"Will never stay here again. The room was nice until I found blood stained pillows. I left it for housekeeping to remove. They just covered the same bloody pillows with new pillow cases. I had to have the front desk bring new pillows. The pillows were also so lumpy like it was stuffed with cotton balls. The elevators were broken. We used the service one which was very damaged and looked like it was beaten to death. I was on the 7th floor so I took the stairs up and down every day. On the 3rd day, they locked the doors to the 7th! Because it is a club floor which I understand. But there was no pass key unlock. So frustrating. This hotel seemed have so many little things not working. It is almost as if they were infested with gremlins and someone was trying to sabotage this hotel. The club was odd. The food was almost always out for both breakfast and happy hour. The staff seemed to try to close it down 2 hours before their closing time. It was all so bizarre. Not what I expected from a Sheraton."
