"You can get a satisfying experience. The warm atmosphere is created by few employees who fills the gap of this hotel's tough operation, but I see this hotel become understaffed recently. Although not everything is perfect, every staff is trying to fulfill customer's need."

"The hotel looks new, and is new, barely two years. I had 2 queen bed and a sofa. The bathroom was astonishing big and with a very modern decoration. It had a small kitchen for a coffee and a microwave. The mattress and pillows very comfortable and the room temperature was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. A variety of cereals, fruits, eggs, sausage, juices and coffee...also beagles and muffins. The person at front desk was ok. A bit far from the city but it worth to go to the Novi Hotel"

"Super friendly staff. Checked into it first run and the tub wasn't clean. Looked like housekeeping didn't rinse the tub well after cleaning. Basam was really kind, apologetic, and switched the rooms right away. The breakfast was amazing. I liked that the waffle makers makes 4 individual smaller waffles easy for sharing. The toppings were great. The food was hot and eggs didn't have that powder egg taste. Excellent variety of breakfast items to choose from.... pork and turkey sausage, eggs and quiche, yogurt with toppings and more. Pool and weight room if you want to bring the kiddos or get a good workout in. The hotel is conveniently located to the 12 Oaks Mall, restuarants, gas stations and the highway (but tucked back just enough to have peace and quiet). I would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"We stayed there on Oct. 28. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I gave the room 3 stars because we found several hair strands in bed. We wondered if the sheets were changed at all, however, we went to front desk and they gave us new sheets to put on. Another issue was several groups (birthday and tournament groups) stayed there and were throwing parties. The breakfast room was packed and they made a terrible mess. Not the hotel staff's fault. I recommend the hotel establish a party policy."

"(Review for Residence Inn Marriott - Novi, MI, October 2023). Stayed at this Residence Inn for 2 nights while traveling for work. The good: Decent price, well designed rooms (particularly the full sized desk with power outlets, first hotel I’ve been to that didn’t have a tiny one), fairly clean, AC didn’t have weird shutoffs in middle of night that left me sweating. The bad: The location isn’t great. While it’s near the interstate, there’s not many restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast is just “eh” at the hotel itself. The room needed repairs. Big crack in the toilet base, light in kitchen and in bathroom flickered for several minutes when first turned on, sliding shower doors wouldn’t stay shut so had to use a towel to keep them from reopening when showering. Never tried the stove or did any cooking, fridge was fine. Overall, it’s a decent, mostly clean place to stay, but needs more maintenance and better have a car to get around (kind of a given for Detroit suburbs)"
