"My husband and I have lived at Encore for the past 3.5 years. From day one, our experience with the with the leasing and maintenance staff (especially Zohre) has been great. They are very kind, responsive and quick to help with any issues that arose due to our unit being constructed during the peak of Covid. Encore has a great location due to its proximity to highways and shops but still remains a quiet and family friendly community. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking to move to this area."

"I am very happy to finally be at home at Encore Manchester! I met Zohre about a year ago when I came to tour an apartment home. From the very beginning she was very nice, kind, and professional. I was approved for an apartment in April 2023. I had to join the waitlist due to my current lease at the other apartment did not expire until May 30th. When my lease was up, there were not any apartments available at Encore Manchester. I was on the waitlist for four months. I was so ready to move, but I had to wait patiently for an apartment to become available. Every month I called Zohre, sometimes two times a month to see if I had moved up on the waitlist. Every time I spoke to Zohre she was always so nice, kind, sweet, helpful, and professional. I also met Logan and she was nice and professional as well. I moved into my apartment on September 30th. I want to thank Zohre and Logan for being so nice and accommodating through this whole process. I love my new apartment! Thank you for everything ladies!!"

The complex is also so clean and nice, and always have beautiful decorations around Christmas. Apart from that, the people at the management office are so nice, Zara and Logan who have made their ways through our hearts. They are so supporting and communicate well with us on any issues.
