Derrick from maintenance came and got the glass out and fixed my garbage disposal. Now I can do dishes again! Thanks Derrick and waterview!! Always appreciate you guys"

"I've lived here for almost a year. I love my apartment. I wish I could have picked what neighbors I lived near. The kitchen cabinets are original, but don't be discouraged from checking them out, they did an excellent job turning the unit and making my apartment ready for me. I rent a one bedroom, 2nd floor apartment and I love the big windows that let all the sunshine in. The office team is great with handling my rent or concerns I have, Maintenance has been great and reactive, Jenny, the property manager has done a fantastic job keeping this place together. Its not uncommon to see her outside directing the staff and following up on whats going on on the property. If she's not tied up, she will poke her head out her office with everyone that comes into the office just to say hi to them, its nice, she seams to care about her residents which is what you want in a property manager. Its comforting to see kids playing outside and couples walking their dogs together. Sure, this place isn't a utopia, you have the same problems here as you would in any apartment complex. It's apartment living. Some people just don't understand they are sharing a home with 7 other families. Its disrespectful to live without care for your neighbors when apartment living. And because you have to put up with that inconsideration, apartment living will never be a truly enjoyable experience. However, Waterview Farms under Jenny's guidance and supervision would be a really great place to live long term if you can tolerate apartment living."
"I've lived here for 2 yrs and never had any issues. They fixed things quickly and were friendly and helpful at the office. I really like the lay out in my 1 bedroom apartment. Its a lot more open then the other apartments I looked at. Even with older windows and cabinets it a really nice place."
