"Stay away from here ! When you move out they will charge you very unreasonable damages fee even if it’s only normal minor problems for apartment rent. Very bad apartment rubbery apartment. Stay away!"
"As of writing this I've only been moved in a week, but first impressions are good. Hunting for apartments and getting paperwork dealt with has been a pain during covid, but Laura in the leasing office has been the most competent and friendly leasing agent (if that's the right title) that I've dealt with so far. Lloyd from maintenance came to fix a couple minor things the day after I told the office about them. He was also super nice and did a good job. Overall happy with the quality of the apartment. No negatives worth mentioning."
