"Lived here two years, maintenance is very quick and management will respond to calls/emails promptly. Felt safe, had new carpets, and I felt like concerns were addressed sufficiently. Ultimately left to downsize from 2 to 1 bed and get out of Novi. When I was renting: Rent didn't include any utilities. $50 for water, gas/heating, and trash removal. Optional $15/month for covered parking. Electrical was up to the tenant. I as a solo person averaged under $80/month at this location on electrical. But I like using air purifiers often. The -1 ⭐ is for location/surrounding area. My apartment backed up to one of the local restaurants and a neighbor played loud music. Other building tenants also had loud children that was partly urging my need to move. The sound insulation is lacking even with mostly carpeting. I would probably still rent here again if needed."

"My wife and I lived in this complex for 4 years and really loved our time here. The area is so conveniently located and having beach access with boat storage is a huge plus. The community is safe and we very rarely ever even saw the police come through the neighborhood. What we really liked about this complex though was the staff and management at the office who are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help tenants with any problems; they work hard to ensure that renters have the best experience possible while still keeping the rent more affordable than any of the surrounding area. I recommend Beachwalk to my friends and anyone else who is looking for a good apartment complex!"
