"Residing at Central Park Estates has been a terrible experience. Poorly prepared unit before move in. Cracking walls and ceilings, dirty floors, cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms falling apart (being replaced but still not done after 4 months!). Outside areas poorly maintained with non-working sprinklers, cracked/ broken concrete sidewalks, and dying trees. The entrance is nice but it's all downhill after that. Pool has been closed the entire summer except for a few days. Lack of upkeep is apparent throughout the complex."
