Lazydays RV of Phoenix at Arrowhead

"Sold me an RV that had delamination (RV Cancer Per Say), four bad tires, (one that blew out on our first trip) bad speaker's that I was told by Shane on delivery new ones would be ordered. (Never Ordered them after 1 month decided he would dropship to my house and then had the nerve to ask me for my address in text???) Horrible place that does not care about the customer or customers safety at all. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, just for the fact that something really bad might happen to them if they buy an Rv from Lazy Days and I would never wish bad on anyone."

"Found a fifthwheel we liked when it was still Orangewood RV, but kept our options open and continued to look. After talking about it and weighing our options, we decided to go ahead and buy. Unbeknownst to us, they had made the transition to LazyDays and when we contacted the salesman we initially met, he gave us another salesman number because he no longer worked there. That's cool, we were fine with that. We just wanted to buy. When we first talked to the salesman, we let him know we already looked at the camper and we were ready to get the ball rolling on the purchase. Within the first week, we kept having to contact the salesman ourselves and basically had to initiate the sale. There were no updates letting us know where we were in the process or even a word from the salesman. We ended up emailing the finance lady who was running the numbers to get updates. After week two and her running our credit 3 times (one of those was not approved by us) she gave us numbers. We were told they would be willing to work with us so we went back and forth for a few days. Our final straw was when she told us we "couldn't afford the camper" so we decided to take our business elsewhere. BUT not before the salesman FINALLY messaged us back with a cheaper less quality unit an hour after the finance lady gave her opinion on our finances. We took our business elsewhere and found the same exact camper with a better deal and interest rate! The sale only took 2 days too!"

"I really like having a place close to my home that allows you to dump for free. I never have a problem dumping there. It's also a very big parking lot to get any rig size in and out with ease. They offer propane in the same location as the dump station, so if you need a refill its convenient. The dump stations are open 24 hours a day, which helps a lot. They have parts a sales office and a big area where they work on all rig types."
