"Needed my washer worked on and Matthew was great! He came by himself and replaced it with a temporary one and handling both of those washers definitely looked to be a 2 man job so I was impressed with how he handled that with a smile and never complained. He was courteous, kind and very professional. I appreciated his service!"

"Whoever Matthew is that works here is so rude. He yells at you when you’re trying to make a payment and then tells you he’s not going to explain things YOU are paying for within your contract. These people will show up to your home and speak to your small children through their bedroom window asking them is anybody home. This needs to be fixed and you people need to go through training. I called Aaron’s after being ONE MONTH late they actually talked to me and understood my situation and helped me they didn’t yell at me or belittle me and call me stupid and they haven’t been to my home talking to my child."

"They need to make sure they are safeguarding customers' information. Agree with the last customer who left a review here @deja (regarding harrassing). I am a first responder fulfilling a supervisor position who manages all of my employees' communication lines. Received a text from a store clerk on one of our work lines that stated "looks like the gym is doing you some good" so what does that mean the text message meant that whomever the text was meant for was fat??? Or that this individual needed to go to the gym or was this a compliment or an insult dont know but very unprofessional. Our company can not delete the text messages from employee cell lines because our department has to maintain them on file until the company who manages our phone systems are annually updated after a specific audit period closes. Some of our employees do not feel comfortable giving out their personal phone numbers because of issues we see like this. It is the store managers responsibility to safeguard your client's information to include social security numbers."

"Home Run!!! Thank you Rent-A-Center Surprise! We were hosting some out of town guests, my best friend recommended renting if I could. Never occurred to me at the time! What a blessing to find you guys! So not only did you make everything so easy, you followed up, you called back and just great to work with! Then come time for delivery and set up yes folks you heard right set up and delivery! Could not be any smoother. Your delivery team and kudos to them and your operation! Not only on time, super friendly and kind and did I mention be here when you said you would! Just to note we needed two twin beds! Boy were these super nice and we got rave reviews from our guests! We also went down to the showroom for something else. Super impressed high quality furniture and what not! Well done Rent-A-Center and by the in Peoria happy to call Surprise again!! More than 5 stars!!!"

"Heidi was very helpful and courteous. I was in need of some furniture for a relative that was moving in and Heidi was able to meet all my needs and more. Her staff was also very helpful as well. I highly recommend this place as you will not be dissapointed. If for some reason you are dissatisfied, I can assure you the entire staff will do whatever it is to make you happy. If not then you must be one difficult person. Anyway, that is just my opinion."
