"What a nightmare! I had received my $5.00 Kohl's cash in the mail. Went to the store after Christmas to spend on discounted items. Many items not marked at all, and the signs beside the items didn't pertain to the items!! What a mess. Finally selected an item and presented my certificate. Certificate didn't work. The clerk tried everything she knew how to do, kept her cool while the people behind me were getting visibly upset, called her supervisor, still no help. Supervisor finally gave her permission to override whatever was causing the problem. What an ordeal over $5.00!! Thanks, Kohl's! (NOT)"

"I love this Kohls location!! It's always a pleasure to shop here. The store is always so clean and the restrooms are spotless!! The cashiers are always awesome and so friendly!! The last few times I've visited this store I've gotten the nicest cashier, her name is Valerie. I wish every store had a cashier like her! Thanks for making my shopping experience wonderful."

"No body to HELP US!! The price checker/ call for associates on wall DOES NOT WORK!! Didn't find that out till we were checking out! We waited,waited,waited finally we were up set and said, let's just go! The checker told us it does NOT work!! Did find a very helpful young pretty red hair associate, to help find table runner/ place mats!! Would have shop MORE, BUT! (again) COULD NOT FIND ANY ONE AT THE SHOES & JEWELRY!! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THE ONE ON W CATUS!"
